We at Tecvisuals strive to please our clients by providing quality service that you require.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you may notify Tecvisuals within 30 days from the date of your payment. If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial or complete refund based upon: the nature of the project, any necessary expenses already paid, the terms and specifications outlined in any contracts pertaining to said project, and any additional factors that may be relevant.

Requests for cancellation of services and refund must be submitted in writing by either Postal Service or e-mail (phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation) and it must be received by us prior to the close of business on or before the 30th day of service and your account must be paid in full. No refunds are available after the 30th day.
